How long does delivery take, and do you offer express shipping?

We are proud to offer Discreet Express Delivery for most regions, which can reduce delivery time to 4-8 business days. All delivery times are estimates and may be subject to occasional carrier delays.
My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
We’re sorry to hear your order hasn’t arrived. The first step is to check the tracking information sent to your email—it provides the most up-to-date location of your package. If the tracking shows a delay or seems inactive, please wait 2 additional business days as this can sometimes resolve itself. If the issue persists, please contact our support team at support@ovbql.com with your order number, and we will investigate it with the carrier immediately on your behalf.
Is your packaging discreet?
Absolutely. We understand that privacy is paramount. Every order is shipped in a plain, unbranded cardboard box or padded envelope. There is no mention of “OVBQL” or any product details on the outside packaging or the shipping label. The contents are for your eyes only.
I need to change my shipping address. How can I do that?
You can update your shipping address as long as your order has not yet entered the “Shipped” status. To do this, please contact our customer service team at support@ovbql.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. We will do our best to make the change for you. Unfortunately, we cannot reroute packages that have already been shipped.
Where is my order? / How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey. You can also log in to your account on our website and check the “Order History” section for this information. If you haven’t received a tracking email within 48 hours of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.

To protect your privacy, the charge on your credit card statement will appear under a discreet, generic trading name such as “OVB Holdings” or “OVB Wellness” or others. And will not reference our brand or product names.
